Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Digital and Data Solutions Program. The PM is responsible for driving complex, high priority, projects or component phases of larger projects and programs. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This individual will lead and coordinate teams across a matrixed organization and will be responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. Engages with people from different business units including but not limited to product owners and technical team members. The Project Manager exemplifies strong initiative and management skills.

Ensures project methodologies are followed: Agile or waterfall
Stakeholder Mgmt
Leverages and educates stakeholders on project delivery processes. Facilitates/manages project communications and stakeholder, client and project team expectations. Holds stakeholders accountable for commitments.
Schedule and Scope
Owns and manages Project Schedules, Risk and Issue Management, Scope Change Management. May involve working with external vendor(s).
Budget
Is responsible for the Project Budget. This includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively.
Communication
Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience
4-8 years of project management experience with demonstrated success. Experience operating in a large-company environment is a plus.
Areas of expertise within technology
Experience with Enterprise Design Thinking (EDT) is very useful but not required. Experience working with user experience and user interface experts helpful. Experience working with either a center of excellent or project management office is helpful. Finance background is a plus but not required.
Office Tools
Experience in Microsoft Office required, MS Project helpful, Jira helpful. Must be competent user of standard office software and protocols.
Thinking
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, providing options and recommendations relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items. Must have intermediate to advance skills managing stakeholders.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
1) When assigned - Maintains project dashboard reporting and program documentation (includes coordinating with external vendors and Client). Includes but not limited to project risk registers, status reports, financials, master integrated schedule, weekly and monthly portfolio reports
2) Develops presentations and communications as needed to support the program
3) Creates process flows as needed to support the program
4) Coordinates program and project team activities, including research, analysis, and documentation
5) Participates in project lifecycle management and oversight from a Program perspective
6) Works closely with work stream teams to deliver communications across the program
7) Manages change across documentation for consistency and assists in creation of new processes
8) Provide regular status updates and additional communications as necessary to coordinate on risks, opportunities, and dependencies
9) Engages cross-BU representatives to gain buy-in and support of COE in accordance with operational landscape
