What you'll be doing...


In this role, you will be supporting client's AE&O Fleet operations for drivable and trailer assets.

This position will support field engineers, fleet operation and other stakeholders supporting all vehicle, mobile tool, and trailer needs.

As Analyst - Operations Support, you will be responsible for supporting administrative processes required to sustain operations for mobile assets.

Support Fleet drivers through facilitating and distributing registration renewals and new registrations.

Facilitate vehicle retirements and assignments through Client's Fleet Operations

Coordinate and distribute Client's Connect GPS units as needed for new vehicles or replacements.

Facilitate vehicle retirement, assignments as well as reassignments through Client's Fleet Operations

Monitor vehicle utilization.

Execution focus, while highlighting risks and dependencies, resolving conflicts, and contributing to project plans.



What we're looking for...




You'll need to have:


Bachelor's degree, or one or more years of work experience.

One or more years of relevant work experience in project management or project coordination.

One or more years of relevant work experience in Fleet operations.

One or more years of experience in collaborating with Fleet Management Companies.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Strong collaborative experience in a business or function role.

Experience supporting multiple priorities and large cross-functional teams to deliver quality results.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering to leadership.

Ability to apply business mindset to data issues and initiatives.

Ability to integrate business and enterprise strategies.

Experience in the technical fleet/automotive industry.
