Role


The Tower Business Process Improvement Team leads Tower teams through improving and optimizing processes and systems within the business unit. The Process & Data Improvement Intern is responsible for supporting the Senior Business Analysts and Data Governance Leads of all designated projects and their associated solution design deliverables, process design, and data governance requirements; including documenting business requirements, collaborating with business teammates, communicating progress, and proactively identifying any project risks working with cross-functional project teams.


Responsibilities



  • Document process and operating information on improvement projects

  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of processes (including the use of continuous improvement, project management and change management practices)

  • Create and review process flows, business requirements, SIPOCs, data requirements and product requirement documentation

  • Develop recommendations for process improvements

  • Facilitate or support of teammate facilitation in process design events

  • Assist in data governance requirement collection

Education/Certifications  



  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution

  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business or Technical


Skills and Experience



  •  Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 2 to August 8, 2025

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship




Reports to: Senior Business Analyst


Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.


Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
