The AI Program Specialist will serve as a national technology segment specialist and strategic business resource for Intelisys, focusing exclusively the AI marketplace, suppliers and programs. The specialist will play a key role in leveraging existing suppliers AI programs, and finding new suppliers with compelling AI solutions and programs to accelerate AI solutions sales within the Intelisys sales partner base. The AI Program Specialist will also work cross functionally to support new revenue opportunities, particularly in large enterprise deals, providing market and program expertise, and will be accountable for the successful adoption and growth of AI-based solutions amongst the Intelisys agent community
Reporting to the Sr Director of Supplier Services and acting as a part of the Intelisys strategy development team, the AI Program Specialist will help expand Intelisys' AI brand and presence within the agent community.
Essential Job Duties:
Leverage existing Intelisys/ScanSource resources and platforms to handle operational functions/transactions (RPM, Exchange, Commissions team) and GTM tactics (Marketing, Sales, etc...)
Leverage existing Intelisys/ScanSource supplier and partner relationships to deliver AI related programs and solutions and accelerate time to market
Invest in people, suppliers and partners with AI specific knowledge and solutions to identify the solutions, suppliers, routes to market and investments required to achieve the goals stated above.
Work cross functionally to assist in the AI-related educational curricula and content for Intelisys events, including in-person/live sessions, ensuring the materials are current, relevant, and engaging.
Facilitate and participate in AI-themed sessions at Intelisys in-person/live events/remote webinars, driving partner engagement and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with AI suppliers to understand their value propositions and ensure that all content aligns with Intelisys' messaging and standards for events and training.
Research and provide feedback to senior leadership regarding gaps or opportunities within the AI technology portfolio, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Engage in supplier and Intelisys calls, meetings, business reviews, and events, representing the cloud technology offerings and supporting partner engagement activities.
Support the Supplier Services team and other senior leadership with additional tasks as needed.

Direct supervision given from Sr Director of Supplier Services
Key Working Relationships: Advanced Technologies, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field
Knowledge of the Cloud, AI, and Microsoft supplier and solution landscape
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities
Experience with indirect channel sales organizations
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and execute
Preferred:
Master's degree
Microsoft, AWS, and/or Google and other Cloud related certifications
Ability to work within a cooperative team environment, as well as perform assignments autonomously
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and in-person events
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Compensation:
Compensation Range: $120,000-$150,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
