Overview:

The Lead Database Manager Perform tasks relating to the setup, maintenance, and routine administration of TAMIS SQL database definitions and data for all TAMIS environments.

Responsibilities:

· Deploy the TAMIS database servers in a highly available and scalable configuration in the cloud, setup and maintenance of the TAMIS database management system, user accounts, table spaces, indices, triggers, views, and stored procedures.

· Automate routine maintenance and operational activities in executable scripts, which shall be adequately documented and tested. The database shall be appropriately.

· Document the relational schema in terms of tables, columns, relationships, primary and foreign keys, indices, and table constraints. normalized for the intended purpose of the data and contain complete audit trail information.

Qualifications:

Required:

· BS in computer science or other IT technical field

· At least 7 years experience and expert knowledge of SQL 2008r2 and be familiar with SQL 2012, cube development and BI work in the Microsoft BI stack (Analysis Services and Reporting Services) is required and have been demonstrated on previous projects.

· Experience on one of the following systems desired: TAMIS, SAAS-MOD, GCSS-A, GCSS-MC, OIS-MC Tactical, FMSWeb, AOS or WebAmmo. BS in Computer Science or other IT field required.
