Who we are looking for

The Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) is seeking a Business Analyst to support the management of the organization's service and process taxonomies and data mapping capabilities that are foundational to our Operational Resilience and Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) programs. The Business Analyst requires strong data and business analysis skills that can be leveraged to develop and execute activities that support the organization's resiliency initiatives.

What you will be responsible for

As a Business Analyst in ERO you will:

• Support the development and maintenance of a new mastered location data set for the organization, including workflow design and data governance requirements


• Facilitate updates to location data from data owners and process changes on relevant systems


• Evaluate service and process taxonomy related requests and collaborate with Business Continuity Directors (BCDs), RRP Leads and ERO teams globally to recommend changes and coordinate updates on relevant systems


• Perform data analysis to support business process re-designs, application integrations and ad-hoc Operational Resilience projects


• Assist in designing solutions for current and future state operating models by creating process diagrams, requirements documentation and procedures


• Participate in business testing for changes to ERO and RRP managed systems


• Contribute to strategic initiatives across the department

• 3+ years of business analysis related work experience in the financial services industry

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
