• Strong knowledge of claim adjudication platforms and related technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with claim attachment and medical record capabilities.
• Familiarity with UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, or Optum systems.
