Job Description:

A well-established construction company is seeking a Superintendent for a project in Agoura Hills valued between $10 - $15 million. This project involves the construction of 14,208 sq. ft. of new buildings to replace facilities destroyed in the Woolsey Fire of 2018.



Paramount Ranch Construction:

• Four buildings plus utilities and associated site work


• Facilities will support visitor use, special events, and film interpretation.

Rocky Oaks Construction:

• Four housing units and an administration building


• Utilities and associated site work

Compensation:

Up to $140K + Benefits
