Superintendent - Sierra Madre Library at HAYS in Sacramento, California

Job Description:

A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Superintendent with DSA/PW experience for the Sierra Madre Library project. This $10 million project, which began two months ago, involves the rehabilitation and expansion of the city library. The project includes retrofitting the existing library interior to accommodate current programs, staffing needs, and meet ADA standards. Upgrades will be made to the building envelope to comply with Title 24 and improve efficiency, including insulation, roofing membrane, and efficient opening systems (storefronts, doors, and windows).



Compensation:

Up to $140K + Benefits
