The Community and Belonging Coordinator supports and enhances our global initiatives to support a sense of community and belonging within Highspring and within the communities we live and work in. This role is primarily administrative and programmatic, focusing on managing, resourcing, and effectively communicating Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and coordinating belonging-related programs. The Community and Belonging Coordinator collaborates with internal leaders, external consultants, and cross-functional teams to support initiatives that promote an inclusive and belonging in the workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as the primary administrative contact for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring they are structured, resourced, and aligned with the organization's goals.
Maintains an ERG calendar, tracks engagement, and supports event planning while facilitating ERG meetings and ensuring smooth operations.
Manages ERG communications through newsletters, internal platforms, and leadership updates, alongside assisting with budget tracking and financial oversight.
Provides guidance, toolkits, and best practices to improve ERG operational effectiveness and enhance group performance.
Supports the execution of belonging training, events, and awareness campaigns (virtual and in-person) and maintains related resources.
Assists with managing department vendor relationships, contracts, and invoices to ensure the smooth operation of ERG activities and programs.
Ensures all ERG and company inclusion programs, initiatives, and communications adhere to company policies and compliance standards while analyzing engagement data and collaborating with HR and other teams for alignment.

Education and Experience:
High school Diploma required
At least 2 years' administrative, human resources, program coordination, or inclusion and belonging experience required
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal communication tools (Slack, Teams, SharePoint, etc. required
Multiple locations | Remote eligible with management approval
Travel Requirements: 10% travel (e.g. 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office)
