The HRIS & Benefits Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of the HRIS as well as the administration and analysis of the company’s Benefits and Retirement Program. Subject matter expert including testing, configuration, reporting, and user support to create efficiencies and internal customer service to stakeholders. Strong focus on providing data driven reports and dashboards to facilitate business operations across the organization. The position in based in our Jupiter, FL Headquarters and reports to the Head of HR Projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:
Partners with HR team to implement HRIS modules, functionality, and dashboards.
Maintains the HRIS system in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist.
Creates and manages reporting relating to people, benefits, and other HR data.
Work with vendors and carriers (ADP, Cigna, NYL, COBRA, etc.) for reporting and troubleshooting issues.
Manages reporting and notices for regulatory compliance (AAP, EEO, 5500, ACA, PCORI, HIPAA, CAA Gag Clause Attestation, Mental Health Parity/NQTL, Medicare, ERISA Plans etc.).
Configures and manages HRIS for Qualifying Life Event Enrollment and Annual Benefits Open Enrollment in partnership with vendors.
Manages Annual Audits with third party such as 401(k), Workers Compensation, etc.
Manage LOA process for all employees in partnership with the insurance carrier.
Maintains ongoing HR Project List and collaborates with team members on various projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Training
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field of study.
Skills/Experience
5+ years systems admin experience and strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Workday.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Medical and Fringe Benefits Administration.
Prior experience with analyzing HRIS performance metrics and the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel software capabilities (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of various laws such as ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, etc.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle confidential information.
Demonstrates initiative in seeking and implementing system improvements.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
