Night Laborer
Location: Puyallup, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Pay: $20.00 (with review and potential pay increase after 90 days)
Paid Weekly

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility)

About the Role:

As a Night Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our fleet is well-maintained and supporting the smooth operation of our automotive shop. This position is perfect for individuals looking to build a long-term career and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist mechanics with routine maintenance and repairs.
• Clean and wash trucks and heavy equipment.
• Perform general yard and shop labor duties.
• Provide coverage at the Puyallup fuel island.
• Prepare honey bucket trucks by stocking essentials (toilet paper, seat covers, etc.), fueling trucks, and managing waste disposal.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work swing shift hours in Pacific, WA.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated with a mechanical aptitude is a plus.
