Responsibilities
The Manager of Technical Operations and Fleet Administration will report directly to the Director of Maintenance Production Control, Engineering and Major Maintenance. The Manager of Technical Operations and Fleet Administration is responsible for oversite of Planning Program Managers to include, Complex Assemblies, Engine Programs, Aircraft Interiors, Aircraft entering and Leaving the Fleet. Primary role of this position is the oversite of the Program Manager responsibilities, Aircraft entering and leaving the fleet, as well as ensuring compliance with all required policies, practices, procedures, and processes.
Manage the Job Duties and workload for Planning Program managers
Ensure compliance with all policies, practices, procedures, processes, and methods required by the PSA Airlines GMM and other technical data, directives, and instructions
Oversee the budget and planning for projects handled by Program Managers
Ensure Projects by Program Managers are planned and executed within the time and parameters set by leadership
Responsible for the oversight of Cabin Condition Program with American Airlines
Manage the Aircraft inductions in cooperation with all PSA departments
Coordinate with Maintenance Engineering, Tech Services & Reliability on projects to ensure optimal execution of work
Be available to Maintenance Planning as technical advisor
Partner with Maintenance Planning to provide Familiarization and training on Aircraft to the planning department
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility: This is a supervisory position.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
