Salary Range: $141,000 -$192,000

Role reports to: Director, MarTech Platforms
Location: Summit, New Jersey, US
Travel %: 5-10


  • What you will do
    The incumbent will be the Agile Product Owner who will lead our CRM technology stack, standards and processes, and drive consumer first party data acquisition. In this role, you will collaborate internally with stakeholders across lines of business to establish and execute on business and technology strategies for our enterprise CRM Platform. The position will have the opportunity to interact with the company's senior leaders, regional stakeholders to shape modern marketing practice.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own and drive delivery of the CRM, marketing automation and digital engagement product roadmap and related services for the CRM platform, ensuring focus on business needs and establishing clear measures of success
  • Design and deliver consumer engagement strategies, multi-channel consumer journeys, using data to segment target audiences and assess performance, capturing insight and analytics across execution.
  • Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital product development and optimization
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in CRM initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in alignment with business demands
  • Manage budget and spend related to technology solution and services, and perform regular financial activities like creation of PO, tracking invoices and actuals, and activities in line with internal financial cycles.
  • Participate in the business planning activities by identifying future business needs, working with business and technology leadership to gain alignment and ensure appropriate funding.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • University/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology discipline is required with a Master's degree in similar or Business Administration will be preferred.
  • 10 years of professional experience in digital product management.
  • Proven expertise and track record of success with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo and related digital campaign / journey management tools, including E-mail Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, plus social engagement tools and third-party service integrations
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on CRM system functionalities and best practices.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA etc.) and best practices related to CRM, customer data management, and loyalty program management.
  • Collaboration with strategic vendor partners supporting application delivery, Infrastructure and Operations
  • Expertise working with others in a cross-functional, multi-geography, diverse team environment.
  • Understanding of the business impact of different solutions and ability to assess impact and communicate the trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs and risks is required
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, including requirements elicitation, system design, development, and validation/regulatory requirements

Preferred:

  • Certifications in key processes within Digital Marketing and Integration platforms
  • SAFe or RTE certification
  • Certification in SFMC or equivalent
  • Experience working in a CPG, healthcare, marketing agency or media organization
