Job Description:

Our client, a mission-based nonprofit association in Arlington, VA, has an immediate need for a temporary Program Associate to support their team for 3-4 months!


About the Job:

• Set up and monitor surveys in various platforms; Collect data and distill information.


• Support business development and department marketing initiatives.


• Provide technical assistance and ensure project timelines for departmental projects.


• Source vendors, approve product proofs, track retail orders, and manage any other aspect of product fulfillment.


• Manage contracts, licensing agreements, and all financials for the program.


• Handle ad-hoc requests and assist with other duties as assigned.

About You:

• 2+ years of programmatic experience are required.


• A bachelor's degree is required.


• Proficient in MS Office Products and Asana.


• Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

About the Position:

• $27/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience.


• Starting ASAP and lasting 3-4 months.


• Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.


• Hybrid with 2days/week onsite in Arlington, VA.


• Metro accessible.
