The Assembler - 3rd Shift is responsible for efficiently performing all tasks related to the Systems Hardware department safely. Pall is ready to offer a great position with a leadership opportunity.

This position reports to the Value Stream Leader (VSL) - Machine Shop/Systems Hardware, is part of the Metals department located in DeLand, FL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Safely and efficiently setup, assemble and test hydraulic vessels to specification requirements based on blueprints and work instructions.


• Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly concerns to minimize production loss. Perform preventive maintenance of all machinery in the required cells/department.


• Maintain accurate records and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent


• 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment


• Strong interpersonal skills to work as a team

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of hydraulic testing and pressure vessels desired.


• 3+ years' experience with assembly of machined components

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum 10 hours.


• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs
