• Minimum of two years' continuous work experience post high school

• Experience working in a shipping/receiving department in a manufacturing environment.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Shipping Coordinator (Weekend Material Control Processor) - Plant 10

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Shipping Coordinator (Salary Grade 2) to join Plant 10, Whitehall Casting Operation in Whitehall, MI. This position will train on days and will transition to a Weekend Crew schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 1:00PM to 1:00AM.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing shipment documentation


• Invoicing customers


• Preparing bills of lading for trucks and air


• Order entry and filing


• Work schedule after training period will be Weekend Crew: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 1:00PM to 1:00AM (paid for 40 hours).
