Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to join our EE IAM team as an IC6. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of complex applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IAM engineering, production engineering, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our identity and access management solutions meet the needs of Meta's workforce.



Application Manager, IAM Team Responsibilities:



  • Manage the lifecycle of complex applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our identity and access management solutions meet the needs of Meta's workforce

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and user guides

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members

  • Participate in on-call rotation for production support

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation





Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management field

  • Proven experience in managing complex Identity and Access Management deployments, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

  • Demonstrated experience in technical skills, including familiarity in programming languages such as

  • Experience with identity and access management solutions, such as Sailpoint, Okta, Azure AD etc.

  • Proven track record of communication and collaboration skills, with Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience of working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategic direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking

  • Capacity to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, CICD





Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions, such as AWS IAM or Google Cloud IAM

  • Certification in security, such as CISSP

$169,000/year to $233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits


Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
