Shift: 1st shift (hours primarily 1st shift, but can vary based on department need)
Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves staff and management in designated business units and is responsible for integrating strategic human capital thinking into business decisions. The successful HRBP will act as a strategic positioner and change champion that has specific knowledge and skills in the areas of strategic human resources, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or organizational development disciplines. The HRBP also assesses and anticipates human resource-related needs by communicating proactively and formulates partnerships with HR and business leadership to deliver value-added service. The HRBP maintains an effective level of literacy about the business unit's strategic plans, culture, and competition. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field of study is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of human resources or relevant related experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience specific to employee relations required.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• PHR or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
