Clinical Supervisor

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support Behavioral Health Network with the following:

• Overseeing the day-to-day services of the Opioid Treatment Clinic (OTP/MAT) program.


• Providing Clinical Supervision.


• Ensuring the well-being of individuals in BHN's care & designing and implementing the treatment structure of the program.


• Developing and monitoring clinical records and & ensuring compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements of licensing and funding sources.


• Serving as the primary liaison with the community.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?

• Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).


• Master's Degree in related field (required).


• Licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LADC, LICSW) (required).


• At least three years of experience in the Human Services field (required).


• At least two years of supervisory experience (required).


• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).


• Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations.


• Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).


• On-call availability (required).
