The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with product data management. The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate product information across various Excel spreadsheets, including product details, pricing, and specifications. This role includes collecting, updating, and verifying data by collaborating with different departments like account management, product development, marketing, and external team members. In addition, they must also be able to work well in a team environment. Essential attributes include excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and an ability to multitask while remaining focused with impending deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Data managing using Excel spreadsheet to ensure input accuracy of product data like descriptions, dimensions, pricing, and attributes
Collaborating with other departments to gather product information and update spreadsheets as needed
Verifying and reviewing product data for accuracy and resolving any errors or inconsistencies across different sources
Entering product pricing in SAP when new products are launched
Serve as the primary contact for external customers in product data requests
Communicating all product updates and changes to external customer in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 2 years of product data management experience preferred
Data entry skills with high accuracy
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Outlook, Work, Excel, & Power Point
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
Ability to learn and retain technical product information
Able to multitask and adjust to changes in workload, assignments, and priorities to meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a quick learner
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP resource management program
Knowledge and experience in wholesale industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions; pivot table, formula, Query, and Chart

Pay Scale: $25.00-27.00 per hour DOE + eligible for an annual bonus
