A highly respected boutique trial firm in Ybor City is seeking a temp-to-perm Associate Attorney with 3-10 years of litigation experience. This firm is known for its hands-on, strategic case approach and commitment to securing top results for clients.


About the Role:



The firm handles a wide range of litigation, including injury claims, insurance disputes, and complex bad faith cases. This role is ideal for an attorney with state and federal litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Personal injury experience is preferred but not required.


Requirements:

• 
  Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar


• Strong litigation and advocacy skills
  


• Passion for trial work and case strategy
