Temporary Training Coordinator
Location: Landover, MD (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20 - $26 hourly based on experience
Flexible schedule with guarenteed 20 hours weekly, up to 40 hours dependent on workload


Job Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is working with an established company seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team in Landover, MD. In this role, you will work closely with operators on the production floor to understand their processes, develop detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and create training materials to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production processes.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to document and verify best practices.
Ensure SOPs are clear, accurate, and easily accessible to employees.
Develop training manuals, quick reference guides, and visual aids.
Create training videos.
Track employee training progress and compliance through proper record-keeping.
Identify areas for improvement and adjust training programs accordingly.


Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing is a plus
Understanding of food safety regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skilled in video creation and editing (GoPro or phone camera)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
