Your Role:




As a Senior Attorney, you will work closely with prominent statewide property management companies, offering legal counsel on a variety of landlord-tenant matters. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Advising clients on habitability concerns, tenancy disputes, and eviction viability while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Litigating unlawful detainer trials and handling pre-trial motions in California courts.

  • Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and motions.

  • Providing strategic guidance through phone consultations, emails, and video conferences.

  • Representing the firm in internal and external engagements.



Ideal Candidate Profile:





  • J.D. and an active California Bar license.


  • 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in real estate law.

  • Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.

  • Preferred qualifications include trial experience, industry knowledge, and proficiency in Lexis/Westlaw and case management systems.
