My client is seeking 10+ Direct Hire Sr Consultants to join their team and start in April!


These roles are 100% remote and open to anyone in any state within the US- Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate but no relocation assistance provided (must be in place by the start date)


Ideal Candidate Profile:


* Experience: 2-4 years in consulting, management, or strategy (not tech-focused)


* Industry Background: Open to candidates from both large consulting firms and boutique firms


* Degree: Must have degree, MBA is a plus


* Preferred Background: Senior Consultant at Deloitte or similar


* Key Challenges: Brand recognition

Your role involves


* Consulting Toolkit Development - Sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively


* Client Interaction - Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions, and presenting insights and recommendations


* Team Collaboration - Play a proactive role in team success by organising work, facilitating effective meetings, embracing new challenges, and fostering a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment


Who we're looking for


* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline


* 2+ years experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field


* Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for client engagements


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel


* A consulting mindset characterised by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact


* Proficiency in proposal writing, report creation, and client presentation development are highly regarded
