Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm in Colorado to find a highly qualified Contract-to-Hire Attorney. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney looking to transition into a permanent position with a leading legal firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and representation.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on various legal matters
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations
Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure compliance with legal standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations relevant to client cases
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
Manage case files and documentation efficiently and accurately
Assist with other legal tasks as needed by the firm
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in the state of Colorado
3+ years of experience in civil litigation (construction or business)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience in handling a diverse caseload and managing client relationships
