Paving Foreperson -Construction

What you will do:


• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of a paving crew. .

• Work with equipment, laborers, and management

• Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.

• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality control

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the paving process.

• Train employees on proper paving techniques and safety procedures

• Work Outside
