Job Description:

Position is contingent on Contract Award.

Performs the duties of the Site Manager in his/her absence; assists the Site Manager and coordinates with government, company team members, and others, as required. Plans and executes safety meetings and organizes safety briefs with all departments. Develops site plans to streamline workflow and plan mission strategies. Coordinates and develops short and long range production schedules and forecasts by working with the Production Control Planner and other site personnel, and releases work orders based on the production schedule to meet all program delivery requirements. Reviews supply requests in maintenance for accuracy (application, cost, and time). Provides overall coordination of customer requirements through the entire team's operations, interfacing with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Purchasing, Receiving, Shop Assembly, Test, and Shipping.

Requirements:

- TTR
- Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Substitute 1 year relevant experience for 1 year education
- Experience: 5 years Required; 8 years Preferred
- Clearance: Secret
