Job Description:

Under the direction of leadership, the Supervisor, CSC MA Operations will oversee and assist customer service employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.


"This position is eligible to work onsite or hybrid (9 or more days a month onsite), in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment."

Compensation


$72,000- $75,000

What you'll do





  • Hold self and others accountable while managing and reporting on team performance. Identify areas of improvement; set appropriate performance objectives for employees and hold them accountable for achieving these

  • Proactively identify any opportunities to improve the customer service experience.

  • Ensure appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of the team.

  • Reduce errors through root-cause analysis, driving change through coaching, Quality and Training programs, and/or appropriate channels.

  • Communicate effectively to build relationships, foster loyalty in employees, and coach staff for professional and personal development.

  • Exercise sound business judgment in a team environment and independently, while having the motivation and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively resolve problems and build relationships.

  • Perform assigned job-related duties as required, including any special projects.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least three years Customer Experience required.

  • Experience with coaching and leading employees is required.

  • Current leadership experience required.
