Summary:
The Project Services Administrator will provide administrative support to the Project Managers / Estimators and Project Services Team.
Essential Functions:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Manage office supplies and ensure all office equipment is properly maintained.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records.
Assist in coordinating proposal activities and timelines.
Support the team in tracking proposal progress and milestones.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
High school diploma required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment (industrial construction company experience is preferred, but not required)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have dependable transportation.
Ability to work 5 days a week, with occasional flexibility for overtime as needed.
