The lively and inspiring Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is searching for a talented full-time Line Cook lto join their team at Harvest Bistro !

This resort holds 1,000+ stunning rooms, offering multiple food and beverage options to our guests, featuring artfully crafted cuisine from scratch - delivering an unforgettable experience and elevated experience.

Harvest Bistrooffers a casual dining environment featuring simply prepared American classics for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.All dishes are made with the finest farm-fresh ingredients and prepared with meticulous detail.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hardworking team player with at least 1 year of professional cooking experience. A strong understanding of cooking temperatures is required. Prior experience in hotel culinary operations is preferred. Proficiency with grill and sauté stations is essential. Flexibility to support other outlets as needed is also required.

Shift Pattern: Typical shifts will start at 3:00 PM, with end times at 11:00 PM or 11:30 PM. Full availability, including weekends and holidays, is required. Flexibility to work AM shifts as needed is also necessary.

Pay Rate: $24.02 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
