The Scrum Master/Agilist plays a key role in facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within Henny Penny's New Product Introduction (NPI) process which is not a fully Agile process. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that Agile methodologies are being implemented effectively and are yielding the desired outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
Facilitate and optimize Agile Scrum processes to enhance team collaboration and delivery.
Guide and coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile Scrum principles and best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
Support refinement and prioritization to maximize value delivery.
Facilitate Scrum events-including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives-to ensure engagement and effectiveness.
Proactively identify, remove, and escalate impediments that impact the team's ability to deliver value.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing actionable feedback loops.
Facilitate transparency by helping teams communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.
Help teams define and leverage meaningful Agile metrics and status updates to improve delivery outcomes.
Enable the team to embrace and mature in Agile and Scrum practices
Coach the team toward self-organization, fostering accountability and adaptability within the Agile framework.
Facilitate healthy team dynamics by resolving conflicts and fostering constructive disagreements.
Leverage Agile tools such as Jira, Trello and Confluence to enhance team workflow and transparency.
Protect the team's focus by managing external influences and fostering stakeholder alignment.
Consistently models the Company values and expected behaviors.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Required
1+ years experience as a Scrum Master Required
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum events.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
Proficiency in Jira, including workflows, issue types, Dashboards and Agile Boards
Exceptional skills in people and project management.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and presentation abilities.
Outstanding organizational abilities.
Ability to work well in a team environment & independently while tackling complex problems.
Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Preferred
SAFe Certification and Kanban Certification Preferred
