Job Description:

As the Product Manager for AI Tools & Infrastructure, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our next-generation suite of AI development tools, frameworks, and infrastructure solutions. Your role is to bridge the gap between technical innovation and market needs, working closely with engineering teams, cloud providers, and strategic AI partners to deliver solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and adoption on ARM-based architectures!



Key Responsibilities



  • Define the strategic vision and strategy for AI development tools, model optimization frameworks, and infrastructure solutions that empower developers and support our market positioning.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and refine our AI software stacks-including compilers and model deployment frameworks-tailored for ARM architectures.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance cloud, edge, and hybrid AI deployment solutions, ensuring seamless model execution across diverse computing environments.

  • Monitor AI tooling and model optimization trends, using insights to maintain a driven edge and position our products as leaders in the AI development ecosystem.

  • Partner with engineering, research, and ecosystem teams to ensure our product strategy aligns with technical capabilities and market demands.

  • Champion the development of high-performance AI inference engines that guarantee efficient execution of AI models on ARM-based platforms.

  • Build and nurture relationships with AI researchers, developers, and industry partners to drive widespread adoption of our tools and frameworks.

  • Work closely with business partners to craft go-to-market strategies, define licensing models, and explore revenue opportunities for our AI solutions.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or an equivalent (MBA is a plus).

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, AI software development, or AI infrastructure leadership roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX) and experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) as well as edge AI solutions.

  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI toolchains and infrastructure solutions.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and partner management skills.


Preferred Skills



  • Familiarity with AI compilers, model optimization techniques, and runtime inference engines.

  • Understanding of AI security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.

  • Experience with distributed AI training and MLOps workflows.

  • Ability to develop and complete effective go-to-market strategies for AI software and infrastructure products.

Salary Range:
$235,620-$318,780 per year
