Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Products team at Mercer. This role can be based in Louisville, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will support Mid-Tier Clients subscribing to Mercer's Mobility and Compensation & Benefits Products. In this primarily client facing role, you will have a chance to provide high quality support to our clients and to develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer's international clients in the Career Products area. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team supporting multi-national clients across all industries and be part of a leading organization in the HR Services field.



We will count on you to:



  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for multinational clients for Mercer Career Products, mainly in the area of Mercer Mobility Products

  • Manage and expand the existing client portfolio by supporting queries, conducting regular service calls, managing the contract renewal process and upselling/cross-selling other relevant Mercer solutions, and by conducting client engagement activities on a regular basis

  • Act as subject matter expert on Mercer Global Mobility solutions and all operational processes

  • Work closely with the Analytics team to support client data requests and serve as a peer reviewer for the majority of client deliverables related to Mobility

  • Handle updates to our Client records in Mercer's CRM system

  • Help process internal client orders and request invoice/access updates (new product sales and existing client orders)

  • Collaborate with the Team Lead and other team members to identify process improvements for our offerings




What you need to have:



  • 2-3 years of experience in a client facing role and/or customer support environment with proven experience in customer service, mobility/compensation/benefits/HR or consulting

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships with the clients, team, cross-functional colleagues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Analytical and project coordination skills, ability to effectively and accurately manage multiple tasks and complex projects, with a sense of urgency, and in a fast paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.


The applicable base salary range for this role is $59,000 to $118,000.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
