Pay Rate: $83,000-$87,000 - (final offer based on experience)

What will I be doing?

As a Sr. Marketing Manager, this position requires regular interaction with the hotel's General Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, and Director of Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Branding & Positioning: Assist with high level branding & positioning for the Hotel, including working with external agencies.
  • On-Property Experiences: Manage key community driven experiences as well as partner with other areas of the hotel to create and promote special menus, activations, and room packages and experiences.B2B Sales & Catering Marketing Support: Be a key driver for Business Travel marketing initiatives, working closely with sales leaders to create engaging collateral and strategies to clearly communicate the benefits of Washington Hilton.
  • Market Research: Continuously engage with market and industry trends to help drive the strategy of hotel level marketing as well as stay up to date on local and regional trends for fine dining to elevate the SER Steak + Spirits brand.
  • Content / Asset Development & Strategy: Assist with creation and development of creative assets.
  • Digital Marketing & Media: Manage the SEO and digital campaigns for the hotel, including owned and paid media strategies.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Continually monitor campaign performance and make changes to optimize the budget and generate revenue to meet benchmark ROAS.
  • Partnerships: Bring new partnership opportunities to the hotel that will enhance brand visibility and customer engagements. Explore and enhance existing partnerships to further drive the Hotel's presence in the local community.
  • Marketing Performance Storytelling: Assist in the creation of monthly slides to be presented to hotel ownership and regional leadership. Lead meetings for campaigns and activations.

  • Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned and participates in task forces, committees and cluster groups as requested.
  • Participates where appropriate in related trade/business related functions, events, conferences and workshops.
  • Maintains close alignment with internal corporate teams including Regional Leaders, Hotel Level Marketing (Managed Team) and Marketing and eCommerce Team (MEC).
  • Maintains close alignment with Director of Marketing to clearly define the hotel goals and strategies and maintain brand standards with the larger enterprise initiatives.
