They are currently looking to hire a Substation Engineer with a focus in Automation & Integration.
What this position provides:
Salaried Role: $74,000 - 140,000 (Dependent on Experience / Education)

How will you contribute to the team?
Developing SCADA maps RTUs in compliance with utility client standards.
Supporting the testing and communications in the SCADA/EMS system.
Knowledge of electronic and automation functions, including digital protection.
Knowledge of IEC 61850.
Knowledge of communication protocol, especially DNP.
Knowledge of SCADA Systems, manufacturers & equipment.
Knowledge of communications - digital radio & fiber optics.
Experience with electrical substation, substation equipment and power grids.
What will you contribute?
An Engineering degree from a recognized institution.
P.E. License not required, but preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in automation, digital, relay or utility engineering.
Knowledge of codes and standards such as IEEE and ANSI, including OH&S Regulations, NERC, and FERC regulations.
