We are looking for an exceptional Data Governance Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-year programs that drive business transformation. In this role, you will oversee process design consulting, system development, stewardship management, change adoption, and innovation, ensuring continuous value delivery for our clients. You will also establish and manage an efficient Project Management Office (PMO) to standardize processes and optimize project execution.

Lead and Oversee: Manage all aspects of client programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery.
PMO Leadership: Define and drive Project Management Office capabilities, leading multiple initiatives.
Agile Execution: Collaborate with Product Owners in an Agile framework to deliver new features iteratively.
Strategic Roadmap Management: Own and manage the client roadmap, intake of Data Governance requests, and capacity planning.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Guide teams and clients to exceed delivery expectations while maintaining strong relationships.
Cross-Functional Execution: Lead teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring seamless coordination.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage client and team feedback to refine processes and enhance program efficiency.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring program performance, cost control, and scope adherence.
