Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL

Salary: $95.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Engineer for a 12 month + contract.

Hybrid


Work Schedule: 8am-5pm (Typical 8 Hour Days)

Candidate MUST Haves:


Bachelor's in engineering/engineering technology


Specific Technical/Software Experience:


AutoCAD


AS8


Microsoft Office Suite


Years of Experience Required: 5 +


Leading and managing complex engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordination.


Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.


Designing, developing, and testing advanced products, systems, or structures.


Conducting research and development to innovate and solve complex engineering problems. Reviewing and approving engineering documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and reports.


Evaluating and selecting materials and equipment for projects.


Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.


Collaborating with other senior engineers, professionals, and stakeholders on project teams.


Mentoring and coaching junior engineers and technical staff.


Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering technology and practices
