Salary: $95.00 USD Hourly - $105.00 USD Hourly

The Judge Group is looking to hire nurse practitioners to perform in-home health assessments in Rockbridge County, VA with the largest healthcare provider in the country!




Overview:


The pay rates are highly competitive and the schedules are extremely flexible, and can be part time or full time depending on your need. (Visits can be scheduled Monday-Sunday at any time around your current schedule). This position is W2.


A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete in-home health assessments on patients within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit is to complete annual health assessments on Medicare Advantage members, each assessment ranging from 45-90 minutes in length.



Qualifications:

• Active and Unrestricted NP license


• Minimum 6 months experience working as an NP


• Family, Geriatrics, or Adult certification required.


• AANP or ANCC board certification required
