Responsibilities
Use SOCIAL MEDIA, your network, sales software and our CRM system to acquire, maintain, and increase staffing business within the greater DC area.
Work on a professional and personal level to deepen relationships - increasing business commitments, attending networking at events, social outings, and introducing our service by visiting companies and cold calling in your territory.
Leverage our world-class quality control program to manage customer feedback and follow through on any issue resolution
Qualifications -
Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required.
2+ Years of sales experience breaking into new accounts in a business-to-business setting is most important.
We have a great training program that will set you up for success, but we strongly prefer a sales foundation so we know you love the hunt before we invest in you!
Pay range and compensation package - Salary range between 55-65 base salary + commissions and full benefits.
