What will you be doing?
Contribute to the architecture, design, and integration of embedded systems for aviation products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Engineering and Product Management to assist in defining system requirements and specifications for new features and products
Assist in developing system models, prototypes, and documentation to support design and implementation
Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, including safety and reliability regulations
Participate in evaluating and selecting hardware and software components for system design
Support system testing, validation, and troubleshooting processes
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in embedded systems and aviation
What are the minimum qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
10-25 years of total experience
5-7 years of experience in System Engineer or Systems Architect roles for embedded products
Regulated embedded product industry experience such as Aviation (preferred), Medical Devices, Aerospace/Defense, etc.
Proficiency in embedded system design, including hardware-software integration.
Understanding of system-level requirements, architecture design, and implementation
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for aviation systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in technical teams
