Growing plastics company has an exciting opportunity available for a Plant / Operations Manager. This position will drive operational performance, manufacturing improvements and people development. Requirements: 10+years of experience in senior operational positions in a complex manufacturing environment. Experience in the plastics and / or packaging industry is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in engineering is required. Lean manufacturing experience is required. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred. Spanish language skills a plus.
