J-S Machine & Valve, Inc., with over 50 years of experience in valve repair and services, is looking for a skilled Actuation Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing, testing, and repairing valve actuators for industries like Power, Oil & Gas, and more. What You'll Do
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair valve actuators (pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric).
Disassemble, clean, and evaluate actuators to determine repair needs.
Assemble and test repaired actuators to ensure performance and reliability.
Document repair activities, including actions taken, parts used, and recommendations.
Collaborate with customers and team members to meet project deadlines.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience with valve actuators or similar equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with actuator testing systems and repair procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
