We are seeking an experienced Plant Superintendent to support regulatory and internal processes, drive process improvements, and ensure the sustainability of our initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, developing supervisory teams, and promoting our core values and culture.

How YOU will contribute
Ensure employee and plant safety, food safety, quality initiatives, HR, and process controls.
Complete RedZone Initiatives utilizing Kaizens, DLMPs, and lean processes.
Drive the sustainability of CAPA initiatives.
Champion process improvement and lean manufacturing activities by collaborating with supporting functions to implement and sustain change.
Drive metrics and review departmental performance, production, yield, efficiencies, labor utilization, and financial results.
Implement appropriate CAPEX plans to support new business, profitability, and asset maintenance.
Direct, coach, and develop a supervisory team to align their work with long-term goals and the company's strategic direction.
Set goals for direct reports in training and development, performance, and succession planning.
Collaborate with plant management and cross-functional teams to set direction, accountability, and achieve results.
Demonstrate cross-functional capability in supply chain, organizational excellence, finance, quality, and food safety.
Serve as acting production supervisor in their absence.
Promote and reinforce LOF Core Values and culture at all levels.

About YOU
Experience: Minimum 5 years of operational/manufacturing experience; food industry preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, food science, meat science, or related field required.
