The Production Scheduler/Data Merchandising Coordinator will maintain and review production schedules to ensure smooth operations and timely completion, while also ensuring accurate data in the ERP system and supporting merchandising tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Daily assessment and planning of work center capacity to ensure alignment with production requirements and schedules.
Daily use of ERP modules to assess production needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
Maintain and review production schedules targeting customer promise delivery dates.
Communicate with various departments on any potential production issues or needs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in production scheduling, data merchandising, or a related role.
Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate data in production environments.
Experience in inventory management, product development, or merchandising is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
