LPN - Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN at Hilltop Park Post Acute in Denver, Colorado

Job Description:

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs!

Shifts: Full-time, Part-time & PRN, 8-hour shifts 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to expect:

Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Rate Range - $30-$40/hour
