BILA is currently seeking a meticulous and dependable Shipping and Customer Service Lead to oversee logistics operations for department stores, boutiques, and direct-to-consumer channels.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience as a Shipping Manager in the apparel industry.
Proficiency in AIMS, Shopify & Microsoft Office are required.
EDI, NUORDER & Label Matrix knowledge is a plus.
Experience managing logistics for major retailers and boutiques is essential.
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail for proofreading and editing purchase orders, billing, and shipping documents.
Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx.
Familiar with production tracking and pre production set up.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
