One of our clients* is a renowned investment firm and has an opening for an Executive Assistant to support a high-profile C-level executive!
Duties include, but are not limited to: • Provide administrative support to senior executive • Plan complex meetings, calls and travel arrangements (both domestic and international travel) • Coordinate all internal and external meetings • Track business expenses and prepare expense reports • Prioritize assignments and meet project deadlines as scheduled • Provide personal assistance (assist family with travel plans, hiring of household staff, etc.)
Position Requirements • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience working with senior management • Excellent organizational skills; outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills • Demonstrated professional maturity (discretion, flexibility, and self-starter able to work with minimum supervision) • Resourceful and adept at problem solving; must be a team player; strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook calendar and e-mail applications
