Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Castle Consulting in Carnegie, PA. The role involves handling administrative tasks, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, data entry, organizing and tracking client information, and providing general support to the team.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
