Administrative Assistant | South Austin, TX

  • Location: Austin, TX (In-Office)
  • Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + $5,000 Performance Bonus

A well-established financial services firm in Austin, TX is seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This role plays a key part in office operations, vendor management, and scheduling, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to executives and finance leadership
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with event coordination
  • Process vendor payments and track office expenses
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Support marketing and fundraising efforts
  • Keep company CRM and records updated

What We're Looking For:
  • Corporate administrative experience (scheduling, office coordination, executive support)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
